Leena is a great teacher and I really enjoy her classes. She has a fun approach but the classes have a good amount of physical challenge. She is really good at explaining where your body should be in pose and quickly spots and helps correct when you don’t get it first time. Additionally, my sciatica recently flared up but one class and it was gone. Magic!

As a complete yoga novice, I’m really pleased to have found ‘Yoga with Leena’ and thoroughly enjoy the sessions, which are progressive and fun. Leena caters for individuals with differing levels of ability and I’m already learning a lot about my body and the different techniques. I can thoroughly recommend Yoga with Leena.

As a keen runner I realise that I need to stretch my muscles to prevent injury. I am not great at taking the time to stretch and my concentration is limited. However, Leena’s yoga class forced me to take the time to do this and the 60 minutes class was the perfect length for me. Leena was very flexible by giving options for the stretches and yoga positions dependent on an individual’s desires and ability – for me the intensity was just right – and with a such a friendly and relaxed attitude to the range of abilities and different body types attending, I would highly recommend Leena’s classes. Thank you again Leena!

Yoga is a lifestyle, a way of thinking, personal to each individual. Leena has a fantastic way of introducing concepts and challenges in each of her classes that you can adapt and develop to suit your own goals. She uses her knowledge about anatomy, physiology and science to inform a structured, effective and uplifting session every time. The links Leena makes between yoga and functional strength training are both inspired and inspiring … I would thoroughly recommend trying out a class.
